Vivenya is a small online clothes shop. We sell womenswear, menswear and kidswear, plus shoes, a few accessories and a handful of hair styling tools, and we deliver to the UK and the US.
Why We Started
Our wardrobes were packed and we still had nothing to wear. You know the feeling. Ten tops, only two of them go with anything, and it's the grey jumper again on Tuesday. That's why we started Vivenya.
So we stock clothes that are easy to wear together. A camel coat for cold mornings. Knitwear that goes with jeans, trousers and a skirt. A dress for a June wedding that still works at a December dinner.
How We Work With Suppliers
We don't make our clothes. We work with suppliers, who make the pieces and pack and dispatch each order from their own warehouses, mainly in China. Our part is choosing what to stock. We go through each supplier's details on colours, sizes and fabric before a piece is listed, and we write every description ourselves.
Size charts show UK and US sizes. Where we know a piece runs small, runs big or is cut oversized, we add a note.
Delivery and Returns
Processing is 1–4 business days, delivery 6–12, so 7–16 business days door to door. We email your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Standard shipping is free on every order, in the US and the UK.
Changed your mind? Tell us within 14 days of delivery, no reason needed, and you then have a further 14 days to send it back. Damaged or faulty? Send us a photo as soon as you can and we'll replace it or refund you, free. We reply to emails within 1–2 business days.
What We Sell
For women: midi and maxi dresses, coats and jackets, knitwear, co-ord sets, tops, leggings, loungewear, shoes and boots, and winter accessories like gloves and socks. For men: coats and jackets, knitwear, hoodies and sweatshirts, joggers and trousers, shoes and gloves.
For kids: warm coats, shoes and boots, hats, gloves and socks, from babies up to older children. And in our small Beauty corner, a few hair tools: wavers, curling tongs and mini straighteners for styling at home.
The shop changes with the weather. Right now our Autumn/Winter Edit is full of warm layers, boots and gloves. Come spring, the lighter dresses and sets are back.
