When You're Charged
Payment is taken in full when your order is placed. Nothing is confirmed or shipped until payment has gone through. If your payment is declined, we'll email you and the order won't proceed until the issue is resolved.
Currency and Charges
Prices are charged in the currency shown at checkout: US dollars for United States orders and pounds sterling for United Kingdom orders. For United States orders, the price shown is the price you pay for the product: we do not add sales tax at checkout, and any import duties or customs charges that apply are not included. For United Kingdom orders, UK prices shown on our site include VAT. Because orders are sent from outside the United Kingdom, the courier may ask you to pay import duty before your parcel is delivered, depending on the value of your order. Any such charge is set by HM Revenue & Customs, not by us, and is the customer's responsibility. Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend, and Express shipping is $15. UK customers pay in pounds sterling: standard shipping is free on every order, and Express is £11. All charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
Keeping Your Payment Secure
All transactions run through encrypted, PCI DSS–compliant payment processors. We never store your card details ourselves.

Prices may change without notice. Promotions and discount codes only apply to orders placed while the promotion is running.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and go back to your original payment method. If something looks wrong with a charge, please email business@vivenya.com first so we can sort it out directly.
Protecting Against Fraud
We may pause or cancel any order that looks like it involves fraud or unauthorised use of payment details, and may ask for extra verification on larger orders.
