To act on a complaint, we need: a description of the copyrighted work, trademark or design you believe is being infringed; the exact web address of the content; your full name, company (if relevant), postal address, phone number and email; a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised by the rights holder, their agent or the law; a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you own or are authorised to act for the owner of the rights; and your physical or electronic signature.
What Happens Next
When we receive a complete notice, we'll review the claim promptly and, where warranted, remove or restrict access to the content. If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to business@vivenya.com and we'll review it.
