Measurements (one size shown): waist approx. 76cm (29.9in) unstretched, hip 85cm (33.5in), length 92cm (36.2in). The knit stretches, so allow 1–2cm difference.
It's a relaxed, stretchy knit — take your usual size. If you're tall, note the length may sit just above the ankle.
Shipping & delivery
Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Express shipping is $15, or £11 for UK customers. Orders are prepared within 1–4 business days. Standard orders are typically delivered within 7–16 business days in total, and Express orders arrive 3–5 business days after dispatch. A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. We currently ship to the US and UK only.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to return an item, then a further 14 days to send it back. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email business@vivenya.com. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, let us know as soon as you can, ideally within 48 hours, and we will send a free replacement or give you a refund.
