A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. We currently ship to the US and UK only.

You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to return an item, then a further 14 days to send it back. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email business@vivenya.com. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, let us know as soon as you can, ideally within 48 hours, and we will send a free replacement or give you a refund.
